Subscription Policy
Effective: June 18, 2026
Manifesting starts with clarity, and so should this. This policy explains how SoulPower subscriptions work: what you'll be charged, when, how to cancel, and how refunds are handled. We've kept it in plain language, but the commitments are real.
This policy applies to subscriptions purchased through the SoulPower mobile app and is operated by RUDDY MARKETING INC. ("we," "us," or "our"). If anything here is ever unclear, please email us at support@soulpower.app.
1. Free Trial
We offer a 3-day free trial when you start a SoulPower subscription. The length, price, and terms of the trial are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the price shown on the purchase screen (currently $39.99/year), charged to the payment method on file with your app store.
2. Subscription
When you purchase a SoulPower subscription, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period — currently annually — until you cancel. Each renewal is charged at the price shown at the time of your most recent purchase, unless we've notified you in advance of a change (see Section 6).
3. Payment Method
Payment is charged to the method on file with your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation. By subscribing, you authorize us — through the relevant app store — to charge that payment method for the applicable subscription fees on the schedule you selected.
SoulPower itself does not collect or store your payment card details. All billing is handled by the app store.
4. Cancellation
Cancelling your SoulPower subscription disables future automatic renewals. You'll keep full access to your subscription features until the end of your current billing period — your manifestations don't disappear the moment you cancel.
Important: uninstalling the SoulPower app does not cancel your subscription. To stop being charged, you must cancel through the app store where you originally subscribed.
To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial or current subscription period ends.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store: Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad > tap your name > Subscriptions > choose SoulPower > Cancel Subscription. For full instructions, see Apple's support page: support.apple.com/HT202039.
If you subscribed through Google Play: Open the Google Play app > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > choose SoulPower > Cancel subscription.
If you've been charged but can't find an active subscription, email us at support@soulpower.app and we'll look into it personally and help resolve it.
5. Refunds
Because subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, refund requests are handled directly by those platforms.
Apple App Store refunds: Request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or email us at support@soulpower.app and we'll point you to the right place.
Google Play refunds: Request a refund through Google Play at support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637, or email us at support@soulpower.app.
To help process refund requests transparently, we may share limited account and usage information (such as subscription tier, account activity, and recent app usage) with the relevant app store. By using SoulPower and submitting a refund request through Apple or Google, you consent to this limited data sharing for the purpose of processing your refund.
6. Changes to This Policy
To the extent permitted by law, we may update subscription pricing or the terms of this policy over time. If we do, we'll give you reasonable advance notice — by posting in the app, sending an email, or otherwise notifying you in a clearly visible way — before any new pricing or terms take effect.
If you don't want to continue under new pricing or terms, you can cancel your subscription before the change goes into effect, using the steps in Section 4.
